Gestire una cucina con una grande intensità di lavaggio: ecco un’ottima soluzione.
La pressione sulla zona di lavaggio delle stoviglie è molto impegnativa e il nostro distributore è stato contattato per sostituire un piccolo sistema di lavaggio che non aveva la capacità di gestire al meglio i grandi volumi della cucina.
Alan Murphy di Murco Catering Equipment con Dermot Bolger – Facilities and Maintenance Manager presso il Viking Hotel – ha messo a punto una soluzione per lavare i piatti che sarebbe stata in grado di gestire la capacità richiesta.
Dopo il sopralluogo e tutte le verifiche necessarie, è stata installata una lavastoviglie a cesto trainato EVO301. Ma non è tutto: dopo aver consultato il cliente e compreso le sue necessità, l’intero spazio è stato specchiato in modo che la nuova macchina potesse inserirsi perfettamente sotto cappa esistente.
La zona di lavaggio finalmente oggi funziona come avrebbe dovuto dal primo giorno.
